Whether it’s sizzling bikini shots from a beach holiday in Mexico or a photoshoot promoting her latest set-to-sell-out lip kit, Kylie Jenner is no stranger to having her famous curves captured on camera.
However, in one of the billionaire’s more relatable moments, the make-up mogul admitted in an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians last year that she had felt ‘insecure’ about her body after giving birth.
This week, whilst chatting to her fans in an Instagram Live video, the beauty business billionaire revealed that it took time and cutting two big things out of her diet in order to get her figure back, “to what it was before Stormi.”
The 21-year-old confessed that since the birth of her daughter, she’s had to watch what she eats in order to regain the figure she had before her baby was born.
“It’s all about diet for me,” Kylie confessed.
The youngest of the famous Kardashian Jenner sisters also revealed that while she may not have the same figure as her Victoria’s Secret model sister Kendall, she’s still naturally very slim, so focuses more on her diet rather than feeling like she has to exercise to lose weight.
“I’m naturally just a really skinny person,” she said, “but not like Kendall. She’s naturally, like, model status.”
“I’ve always had a really flat stomach but I never felt like it went back to what it was before Stormi until recently, and I feel like it has a lot to do with diet,” Kylie candidly added.
For Kylie, altering her diet to get her flat stomach back meant cutting out junk food and dairy.
“I really eat very crazy usually. Like whatever I want,” she revealed. “Pizza, pasta, a lot of dairy, and I just kind of cut all of that out and have just been eating better. And I feel like that’s the trick for me, personally.”
While the mum of one looks like she snapped straight back to her fantastic figure in her Instagram pictures, Kylie made it clear to her fans that get her body – and her confidence – back took time and patience.
“After a child, it really does take just as long to get your body back as it did to create the child,” she said.
